InfinitySMS (operated by Noch Operations LLC, “we”, “us”) provides an SMS campaign and messaging platform at infinitysms.io. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, application, and the messages sent through our platform.

Account data — name, email address, phone number, company details, and billing information when you create an account or subscribe.

Customer content — contact lists, message templates, and conversation history you upload or generate while using the platform. You control this data; we process it on your behalf to deliver your campaigns.

Usage data — log data, device and browser information, and analytics about how the product is used, collected to keep the service secure and improve it.

Compliance data — business information submitted for A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration (for example EIN and business address), which we share with carriers and The Campaign Registry solely to register your sending identity.

To provide and operate the service, process payments, register your brand and campaigns with carriers, provide support, send service notifications, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Recipients of messages sent through InfinitySMS can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT). Opt-outs are honored immediately and enforced automatically at send time — opted-out numbers cannot be messaged again through our platform. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies by sender.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share data only with the service providers required to run the platform — telecommunications carriers and messaging providers (to deliver SMS), payment processors (Stripe), cloud infrastructure and database hosting, and email delivery providers — each bound to use it only to provide their service to us, plus disclosures required by law.

We retain account and customer content for as long as your account is active, and delete or anonymize it on verified request after account closure, except where retention is required for legal, billing, or carrier-compliance purposes. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted per tenant, and credentials are stored encrypted.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by contacting us. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the EU/EEA, UK, or California), we honor the rights granted by those laws.
